Her husband was Andrew Penman, who she married on 21 JAN 1817 in Bothkennar, Stirlingshire, Scotland. Their six known children were Christian (c1817-?), William (c1819-<1881), Robert (c1820-?), Jean (c1823-?), Andrew (c1824-?) and John Burnet (c1828-?).
