George was born in 1842 in of Beaver Co., Pa., the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Harriet M. Matheny, who he married on 30 APR 1865. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Edward H. (c1869-?), Eva (1873-1920), Edward (1873-1917) and Theodore (1875-?).
