His wife was Alice Kirkum. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their six known children were Mary Mollie (1906-1997), Rose Emma (1907-1957), Thomas Reginald (1908-?), Freda Alice (1911-1979), Henry George Kirkham (1913-1997) and Gwendoline Ecila (1915-?).
