Eliza was born about 1810 in Bowdoinham, Maine, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Asa Rand Phinney, who she married on 1 JAN 1837. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Lizzie (1844-1895), Mellen Mosher (1849-1930) and George E. (c1851-1862).
