!Notes: Married Floyd Berry on New Years Eve 1948, at the home of Alvera Woolary Prost. Laveda was injured 5 days later when the rear end of the car she was driving was struck by a diesel freight train at the Peyton Street Crossing of the Santa-Fe Railroad tracks in North-East Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas. Laveda walked to a farm house and called the ambulance, even though she was injured. Floyd and Laveda were divorced 5 May 1972 in Wichita, Kansas.
