!P: Fought in WWII. Romanians were "drafted" by Germans. Was in calvary. Was surrounded by Russians in an open square of a big city. They were surprised by an army returning from an expected attack from China. Romanians then went with Russians after Germans retreated.
!P: When passing through Romania, took leave to visit mother, and upon returning found she had been recently asulted and robbed by a bunch of knife bearing ruffians. By the time he tried to return to his army unit they had already left, and that was the end of his fighting.
