Hanah was born about 1830 in Astbury Parish, Astbury, Cheshire, England, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was William Harry Wilkinson, who she married in ABT 1850. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Arthur (c1849-c1920), Harriet Jane (1851-1926), Emily (c1853-c1930) and Mary (c1855-c1932).
