Biography
Elinor Abington was daughter of Richard Abington of Brockhampton in Herefordshire [1] and his wife, Joyce Shirley.[2][3]
Her first husband was John Dantsey, [1] [2] son of Thomas Dansey and his wife, Sybil Scudamore.
After John's death Eleanor married, by 1570, widower Thomas Baskerville,[2] son of James Baskerville and his wife, Elizabeth Breynton[4] and was mother of his only child, a daughter, Eleanor. [1]
Baskerville died on 17 Apil 1572, leaving Eleanor amongst other things all his sheep at Bradwell and Naunton.[1]
Eleanor married thirdly John Gage of Wormsley in Herefordshire. [1]
