Tailor from Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, to Massachusetts Bay in 1635 . First settled in Dorchester; moved to New Haven in 1639, & Stratford in 1668. Died between 11 Jan 1672[/3?] & 12 Feb 1672[/3} .
Married at King's Stanley, Gloucestershire, 28 Aug 1628, Alice Awood. She died at New Haven on 10 Oct 1659.
