Sally was born about 1798 in Gorham, Maine, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Thomas Phinney, who she married on 4 DEC 1822. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Winslow H. (1824-1849), Emily C. (1828-1829), Emily C. (1829-1836), Samuel W. (1831-?) and Mary H. (1837-1875).
