Ann was born about 1786 in Cuba, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Thoeodore Phinney, who she married in ABT 1827. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Theodore William (1828-?), Susan (c1830-?), Mary Deidama (c1832-?) and Joseph Manuel (c1833-?).
