Louise was born about 1780 in Brewster, Massachusetts, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Gershom Phinney, who she married on 26 MAY 1803. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Sarah S. (c1804-1837), Elizabeth W. (c1806-1835), Joseph B. (c1808-?), Maria M. (c1810-1832) and Joanna (c1812-?).
