!Notes: Hiram Bennett was born in Mendota, Illinois on 11 Aug 1869. He married his wife Emma in 1893. They had three children, the first born in Compton, Illinos, and the other two in Cushing, Iowa. In 1903, they moved to Waverly, Kansas, where they spent the remainder of their lives. chuch funeral services for Hiram were held in Waverly, Kansas, although both he and his wife were burried in Mendota, Illinois. Hiram died at Newman Hospital in Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas. He was 74 years old.
