In1891, George was living with his granddaughter Euphemia Hotchkies in Carron shore. His will of 26th Jan 1892 left articles noted below to his grand-children John and George and his remaining estate of £149 19s. 10d. to be split between his surviving children Livingston, William, Mary, Annie, and Jessie.
