She was born Feb. 6, 1889, in the Peterton community north of Osage City, the daughter of Lars and Selma Johnson Larson. She lived on a farm northwest of Osage City 59 years before she moved into Osage City in 1967.

She was married to Victor M. Johnson Sept. 2, 1908, at Lyndon. He died Jan. 3, 1967.

Survivors include a son, Eldon Johnson, Osage City; a brother, Carl Larson, Lyndon; a sister, Esther O'Brien, Denver, Colo..; two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services were Wednesday, Dec. 21, at Crable Funeral Chapel, Osage City. Burial was in Union Cemetery at Osage City. --
