!P: Mrs. Hazel L. Hendrickson, 65, Osage City, died Wednesday, July 11, at an Osage City nursing home.
!P: Mrs. Hendrickson worked for the state of Kansas Department of Revenue before she retired in 1976 for health reasons.
!P: She was born January 12, 1919, near Osage City, the daughter of Ludwig and Ellen Anderson Johnson. She spent most of her life in Osage County before she moved into Osage City in 1980.
!P: Mrs. Hendrickson was a member of the United Methodist Church, Pythian Sisters and the auxilary to Robert Hizer Post No. 198 of the American Legion, all at Osage City. She was a member of the auxilary to Gene and ElRoy Scheneck Post No. 7584 o f Veterans of Foreign Wars at Burlingame.
!P: She was married to Oliver H. "Pete" Bolyard March 11, 1942. He died July 23, 1964. She was married to Albert S. Hendrickson January 5, 1966. He survives. A son, Paul Dean Bolyard, also preceded her in death.
!P: Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Joan Phillips, Admire; a son, C. Mack Bolyard, Liberal; five brothers, Harold Johnson, Charles Johnson, Elmer Johnson, Bennie Johnson and Floyd Johnson, all of Osage City; and five grandchildren.
!P: Services were at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Crable Funeral Chapel in Osage City. Burial was in Osage City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Erythematosus Foundation. --
