!Ed Rosetta, 92, Osage City, died Tuesday, July 26, 1988, at an Osage City nursing home.
!Mr. Rosetta had been a coal minor and farmer. He later worked at the Topeka Supply Depot from 1951 until he retired in 1961.
!He was an Army veteran of World War I and had served with the American Expeditionary Forces in France.
!He was born February 2, 1986, east of Osage City, the son of Emil and Louisa Balocca Rosetta, and spent most of his life in Osage City.
!Mr. Rosetta was a member of St. Patrick's Church and a 71-year continuous member of Robert Heizer Post No. 198 of the American Legion, both at Osage City.
!He was married to Anna Curley November 8, 1919, at Osage City. She died July 30, 1981.
!Survivors include a daughter, Ann Louise Hauber, Oswatomie; two sisters, Ann Waters, Osage City, and Enes Sullivan, San Antonio, Texas; three grandchildren; and four great-grandsons.
!Mass of Christian burial was at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Osage City. Burial was in Osage City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Osage City. ---
